Fantastic news! The Bank of England base rate has stayed the same!
The base rate stays at 5.25%, the first non-increase announcement since December 2021 from the Money Policy Committee.Whilst this doesn’t necessarily mean that mortgage rates will change, we are seeing more positive changes in the market, such as some lenders reducing their rates below 5%!
